1. Drink Coffee or Tea through a straw. Coffee, tea, and wine stain your teeth, so the best way to prevent the staining is to drink these through a straw. 🙂
2. Use a Whitening Toothpaste. Never use hydrogen peroxide to whiten your teeth. It can cause gum recession and is a very unhealthy form of whitening.
3. Brush 2 to 3 times a day. I notice my teeth get noticeably whiter when I add that third brushing after lunch. Don’t forget to floss once a day either. Without flossing you get cavities and staining in between your teeth.
4. Wear a dark lipstick. Nude colors prevent your teeth from standing out and looking brighter.
5. Start a great whitening system regimen. Smile Brilliant has a great system you can try. I have never tried it but the reviews look amazing.
