Drink more water: You should be drinking at least 64 ounces a day. Start a water challenge for your family. Every time someone fills up their water bottle, they mark it on the water log on the fridge.
Get plenty of sleep. You should be getting 7-9 hours of sleep each night. Try to ditch the mobile phone 30 minutes before bed and read a book instead. I try to go to bed early so that I can wake up early and go to the gym. Build a routine and stick with it! 🙂
Make an exercise routine: Exercise routines will help give you body energy! Exercise reduces blood pressure and lowers your risk for Type II Diabetes. Are you tired? An exercise routine can boost your energy If you want to feel good you have to workout and eat better. You can walk for 20 minutes during lunch with a group of employees in your office. Place your gym bag in your car everyday so that you will be reminded to go! Even 15 minutes of cardio a day can make a huge difference for you health and mood. Download the Sweat APP! The sweat app is $20 a month but super convenient for busy moms! You can exercise at home with the kids! I have seen some amazing results with the sweat app. A lot of my followers have really started to notice how much my body has changed with BBG beginner. I also have an Apple Watch and my Apple Watch will give me activity goals. I try to stand when I am working instead of sitting all day. It so important to stay moving and active because you will feel great!!
Smile More!! 🙂 Release negative thoughts as soon as they enter your mind and transform them into positive thoughts.
Eat Less Sugar: Almost every major disease can be linked to excess sugar consumption. I do not drink soft drinks, sweet tea, or any sugary drinks throughout the day. I only put cream in my coffee. I think this helps me keep my weight down tremendously.
Plan your Meals: Meal prep when you have time. Prepping and preparing your meals causes you to be less likely to cheat.
Avoid eating in restaurants because it’s hard to portion your meals. Typically you overeat in restaurants. Chris and I rarely eat out and if we do we split our meals. Eat more greens when you can! Spinach salads are my favorite.
Eat more fiber. Eating enough fiber keeps our blood sugar in check and helps control fat absorption. Chris and I have seen a ton of results from intermittent fasting as well. I fast from 7 p.m. at night until 12 p.m. the next day.
Try to put lemon in your water. Lemon has a rich source of vitamin C. Lemon juice protects the body from immune system deficiencies.
