Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non stick spray and set aside.
In a large pot melt butter over low heat, and add in the 8 cups of mini marshmallows until melted.
Once the marshmallow/butter mixture is melted, pour over Rice Krispie cereal.
You can add 2 cups of mini marshmallows to the mixture if you want.
Pour mixture into a baking dish and pat down until even.
Allow the mixture to cool before cutting. (about 20 minutes)
Take the heart shaped cookie cutter and cut out hearts.
Melt the candy melts according to package instructions in the microwave. ( I poured the pack of candy melts into a bowl and microwaved for 1 minute, mixed everything with a whisk, and then microwaved for another minute until melted)
Dip half the Rice Krispie heart into the candy melt, add your sprinkles, and lay on parchment paper to cool. You can drizzle the other side of the heart with a different color candy melt by using your whisk.
After cool, stick the heart on a lollipop or popsicles
