My Night-time Routine

1. Drink tea with honey and lemon.
2. Wash my face with a cleanser.
3. Pat dry my face.
4. Use Agency’s Future Formula.

6. Brush my teeth

8. Apply hair oil on the ends of my hair.
9. Brush my hair.
10. Braid my hair to prevent bedhead and tangles.

12. Lay out my work out clothes for the next morning.
13. Take my vitamins with a big glass of water.
14. Rub lotion on my hands.
15. Read a few pages out of my book until I fall asleep.
