My smoothies are such a great way to pack in energy, fiber, nutrients, vitamins, and protein! Not only are these smoothies good for you, but they also enhance your beauty. They keep me full until lunch and provide energy to help me conquer the day. Smoothies are great for on the go if you don’t have a lot of time to cook breakfast in the morning!

The secret to my smoothie recipe is adding Ancient nutrition collagen protein. Not only does it have a protein factor, but I noticed a dramatic change in my acne, wrinkles, and hair growth! This product is tasteless so you can also add it to your coffee.
Tips on Making the Perfect Smoothie
Try using frozen fruit/veggies– I love to buy a big frozen bag of mixed fruit filled with pineapples, mangos, peaches, and strawberries! Every day I make a different flavor smoothie so I don’t get tired of the same thing! Frozen fruit is the key to super smooth and creamy smoothies. Don’t be afraid to try new fruits and flavors in your smoothie! Sometimes you have to use half frozen and half unfrozen fruit so that the consistency isn’t too thick.
Flash Freeze Ripe Bananas– Don’t throw away your ripe bananas, flash freeze them instead. Slice the banana, place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper, freeze them uncovered for 20 minutes, and then place them in a ziplock baggie!
Magic Bullet Blender– A magic bullet is a must-have for smoothies and protein shakes! We have been using one for years and it’s way more convenient than a blender!
Add Chia Seeds– Chia seeds give you energy and fiber you need for the day!
Don’t Be Afraid to add Spinach– You can’t actually taste the spinach and it’s the easiest way for me to get added fiber and iron without having to eat a ton of spinach salads all day! lol
Add a sweetener– Typically the fruit is sweet enough but sometimes I add 1 tablespoon of honey just to make it a little sweeter! Stevia is another option as well.
Milk– You can substitute coconut or almond milk in any of these recipes.
Order of ingredients– I will list out each ingredient in the order that you need to add to your magic bullet. You will get a better, easy mix in this order.
Consistency– If your smoothie is a little too thick you can always add 1/2 of milk to make it smoother.
Stainless Steel Straws– Shop my favorite smoothie straws here.
